01 · Published week

Plan the shift before the doors open.

Plushibin connects claw arcade employee scheduling, shift-cover decisions, and recorded time inside each selected location. Planned assignments and worked time remain separate.

One selected location · authorized team workflows
Manager approval assigns the covering employee, while clocked time remains a separate record from scheduled time.
  1. 01

    Read the published plan

Day headcounts and ordered shift times show who is assigned to open, work through the day, and close.

  2. 02

    Approve cover on the shift

The published assignment stays in place through the request and offer, then manager approval assigns the covering employee.

  3. 03

    Keep worked time separate

Clock entries record time worked while the published schedule remains the planned assignment.

02 · Working day

The shift has work beyond the schedule.

Plushibin connects published schedules with recurring floor work, location notices, employee identity, role-based access, and worked-time records.

Open

Recurring work returns on its cadence.

Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks return for the current period. Each completion records the employee and time, with earlier completions available in reviewable history.

Handoff

Announcements have a visible lifecycle.

Prepare a location notice, publish it now or schedule it, and use its configured end to close the active period. Employee acknowledgement stays with that in-product notice.

Station

The work surface stays tied to its location.

An enrolled shared Station identifies the current employee with a location-unique PIN. The employee’s existing role and action policies still determine what they may open or change.

Close

Recorded time stays separate from planned time.

Clock entries, breaks, corrections, and voids form the operational time record. Stored pay rates add an estimated-pay review alongside that history.

03 · Location events

Let each event type keep the details it needs.

Parties, fundraisers, and creator visits can each use configured timing, fields, defaults, and deposit rules for the reservation saved to the location calendar.

Event types carry their own scheduling traits, fields, defaults, and deposit policies, while each reservation retains the saved event-type configuration and deposit status.
Type

Use the fields for that event

A party, fundraiser, and creator visit can use different timing modes and field sets.

Deposit

Apply the configured deposit rule

None, fixed, percentage, and percentage-plus-duration policies calculate the amount recorded on the reservation.

Record

Retain the saved configuration

The reservation carries its event-type snapshot when later configuration changes.
