01 · Trade Wall

Keep every prize and its record connected.

Plushibin connects a claw arcade’s Trade Wall listings, game-prize slots, member prize credit, trades, and recorded wins inside one selected location. Each record retains the item, position, person, and employee details that apply.

One selected location · employee-recorded activity
Trade Wall trades retain compartment, price, discount, member-credit, employee, and time context.
  1. 01

    Mirror the wall layout

Sections and compartment codes keep the screen recognizable beside the physical display.

  2. 02

Mark the selected listing as traded

Trading the last listed unit makes its compartment available while retaining the listing context in Records.

  3. 03

    Keep every discount line

Configured categories stack once each; member prize credit may repeat for different members of the selected account.

02 · Game prizes

One cabinet. One prize roster. One recorded win.

Each game cabinet keeps its configured prize capacity and current assignments. When an employee records a win, the chosen slot changes and the record retains the cabinet and item.

Each employee-recorded game-prize placement and win retains its cabinet and catalog-item context.

Configure the cabinet roster

Each game machine keeps its own prize capacity and current slot assignments.

Record the exact win

The record names both the prize and the cabinet where the win occurred.

Fill an open slot from storage

An eligible item can move from the selected location’s storage into an available game-prize slot.

03 · Member credit

Prize credit stays with the member who holds it.

A family account shows each member balance inside the shared account. Transfers stay inside the account, and every credit line used on a trade keeps its member attribution.

Each member balance caps the prize credit they can transfer or use, and every movement retains member attribution.
  1. 01

See the account and its members

The account prize-credit total is the sum of the member balances shown beneath it.

  2. 02

    Transfer inside the account

A member-to-member prize-credit transfer is capped by the source balance and leaves the account total unchanged.

  3. 03

Use more than one member balance

Separate customer-credit discount lines can contribute to one trade while retaining their member attribution.

04 · Corrections

Each correction follows the part of the record it updates.

Price, member prize credit, and game-prize quantity are separate effects. Their correction paths stay separate too.

Price

The member balance stays put.

A price correction updates the recorded price while retaining the member prize-credit use.

Credit used

The confirmed difference returns.

Reducing recorded credit used returns the difference to the attributed member while keeping the trade correction visible.

Game win

The prize effect reverses.

Voiding a valid game-prize win restores its linked prize quantity while member prize-credit balances remain unchanged.

Prize credit with member attribution

Plushibin tracks location-scoped prize credit by member, including transfers and the credit lines applied to each Trade Wall trade.
